摘　　要：In the water supply and drainage system, pumping station consumes a lot of energy. In order to improve the economic benefits, it is necessary to design the pump station reasonably from the aspects of design, construction and installation, operation and management, and take effective technical measures to improve the efficiency of the pump station. This paper introduces the operation status and existing problems of the hot water pump in cycle II pumping station. After the feasibility analysis, it puts forward the cutting transformation of the hot water pump impeller, which can not only meet the requirements of normal production, but also reduce the power consumption of the pumping station.
