摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of the new obstetric nursing mode in reducing the cesarean section rate. Methods: 280 cases of puerpera in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research object, according to the nursing methods, the puerpera were divided into the research group and the ordinary group;the ordinary group adopted the conventional nursing method, the research group adopted the new obstetric nursing mode, and the labor process time and delivery mode of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the conventional nursing group, the new obstetric nursing mode has less labor process more than 12 hours, higher natural labor rate and lower cesarean section rate (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the new obstetric nursing mode can achieve natural productivity and lower cesarean section rate after clinical application and the effect is better.
