摘 要:The recruitment solves the problem of the source of labor force in the enterprise. If the work is not done properly, it will not only add unnecessary burden to the work of the employees, but also seriously affect the normal operation and management of the company and the business development. How to solve the recruitment problem in enterprise management has always been the focus of attention of enterprises. Under the limited resources, it is a challenge for managers to improve the recruitment efficiency effectively and quickly with low cost. So how can we make recruitment more effective? Taking the municipal company of our city as an example, this paper expounds in detail how to optimize and perfect the enterprise recruitment process by using recruitment management expertise and using the links of human resources management and recruitment management to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment work in the face of problems and difficulties in the recruitment process in practical work.
