Effect of Amiodarone Combined with Betaloc in Emergency Treatment of Ventricular Arrhythmia

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the effect of amiodarone combined with betaloc in emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods: 40 patients were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. The control group received betaloc treatment, and the observation group received low-dose amiodarone combined with betaloc treatment. Finally, the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: the clinical treatment effect of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The data were statistically significant. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05), and the data were not statistically significant. Conclusion: amiodarone combined with betaloc has obvious advantages in the emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia, which can effectively shorten the duration and has more obvious clinical effect. It will not increase the adverse reactions of patients during the treatment. However, the dosage should be considered according to the patient's situation.
