Observation on 48 Cases of Choledocholithiasis Treated by Laparotomy Combined with Choledochoscope Exploration

摘　　要：Objective: To observe the curative effect of laparotomy combined with choledochoscopy in the clinical treatment of 48 patients with biliary calculi. Methods: 48 patients with biliary calculi in our hospital were regarded as the target of experimental observation. The operation time range was from January 2017 to January 2021. The patients were divided into the conventional group, the observation group and a group of 24 patients by systematic sampling method. The conventional group only used open surgery, while the observation group used open surgery combined with choledochoscope exploration surgery. The quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared. Results: the scores of physical pain in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group, and the scores of physiological function, mental state and general health were higher than those in the routine group. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group. Conclusion: By observing the treatment results of 48 patients with biliary calculi, it can be seen that open surgery combined with choledochoscopy is better than open surgery, and can better promote the physical rehabilitation of patients.
