Efficacy of Low Dose Amiodarone and Betaloc in the Treatment of Senile Atrial Fibrillation

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the efficacy of low dose amiodarone and betaloc in the treatment of senile atrial fibrillation. Methods: 80 patients with senile atrial fibrillation treated in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the way of drawing lots, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was observed and analyzed. Results: after treatment, heart rate and LVEF levels in two groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment, and observation group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of low dose amiodarone and betaloc in the treatment of patients with senile atrial fibrillation has a good effect, can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of life, and has high application significance.
