Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Hormone Therapy of Patients with Rheumatic Immune Disease

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on hormone therapy in patients with rheumatic diseases. Methods: by random sampling, 68 patients who underwent rheumatic immunotherapy in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study. Then 68 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method. According to the research needs, the two groups of patients were treated differently. The control group provided routine nursing and the observation group provided comprehensive nursing. After the treatment, the treatment compliance and nursing quality evaluation of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results: after the two groups of patients were given different nursing, the scores of health education, nursing skills, medication guidance and service attitude of the patients in the control group were 18.45±2.61, 19.87±2.39, 20.74±2.35 and 19.87±2.27. The scores of patients in the observation group were 23.65±2.44, 24.07±2.22, 23.71±2.41 and 23.79±2.48, which were significantly higher than those in the control group. In the control group, the scores of health education, nursing skills, medication guidance and service attitude were 18.45±2.61, 19.87±2.39, 20.74±2.35 and 19.87±2.27. The scores of health education, nursing skills, medication guidance and service attitude of the patients in the observation group were 23.65±2.44, 24.07±2.22, 23.71±2.41 and 23.79±2.48, which were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of nursing quality. There was a general significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing has a significant impact on hormone therapy for patients with rheumatic immune diseases, which is mainly manifested in improving the treatment compliance of patients and enhancing the clinical nursing effect, and is worthy of wide clinical application.
