摘 要:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of goiter with exuberant heart-fire syndrome in reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy. Methods: a total of 60 newly diagnosed goiter patients who were admitted to our hospital in recent years were randomly divided into the control group and observation group A, observation group B, a total of three groups, 20 cases in each group. The therapeutic drug of the control group was methimazole. The observation groups A and B were mainly based on the control group combined with Xiehuo Xiaoying Decoction with the effects of 3 times /d and 1 time /d, respectively. The therapeutic effects and side effects of the experimental subjects in the three groups were compared. Results: the total effective rates of patients in observation group A and group B were higher than that in control group, and there was significant difference between groups (P < 0.05), but the difference between observation group A and group B was not significant (P > 0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than those in the observation groups A and B, and the incidence rate in the observation group A was higher than that in the observation group B. There was a statistical significance in the difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the observation protocol plays an important role in improving the clinical efficacy of patients with goiter of heart-liver fire hyperactivity syndrome and reducing toxic and side effects.
