Perioperative Nurse Measures and Effect of Arthroscopic Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

摘　　要：Objective: combined with knee osteoarthritis patients through arthroscopy treatment, effectively improve the perioperative related nursing measures of clinical effect. Methods: in the process of analyzing and observing the perioperative treatment effect of patients with knee osteoarthritis, 80 patients who came to our hospital to treat osteoarthritis from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the 80 patients were divided into the research group/control group according to the digital random method. Research group: through the arthroscopic treatment for all patients, it can effectively improve the patients' enhance perioperative care measures. Control group: routine nursing care was performed. A comprehensive analysis of the two groups of patients in the use of different nursing measures in the treatment of osteoarthritis patients related nursing effects. Results: through the analysis of the effect of treatment in patients, the overall recovery of patients with arthritis was effectively improved. The data of knee joint recovery, complications and hospital stay of patients in the study group after clinical care were analyzed and counted. The results of the observation group were better than those of the control group after overall care. The differences of the related data of clinical treatment between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: a comprehensive analysis of the knee joint lesions osteoarthritis under the arthroscopic surgical treatment, enhanced the effect of perioperative intensive care measures in patients, patients after nursing knee recovery has been improved, in terms of complications and hospital stay have improved, worthy of scientific research and clinical promotion.
