Analysis of the Efficacy and Clinical Safety of Atorvastatin Calcium Combined with Novel Ezetimibe in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

摘　　要：Objective: to study the effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods: From January to December 2020, 90 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups according to statistical method. One group took atorvastatin calcium tablets as control group, and the other group took ezetimibe tablets as combination group. The effects of the two drugs were compared in several aspects. Results: the effective rate of combined group was 97.78%, the incidence of ADR was 6.67%. After treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C were (3.25±0.83) mmol/L, (1.86±0.38) mmol/L, and (1.98±0.23) mmol/L. In the control group, the above indexes were 75.56%, 15.56%, (4.15±0.76) mmol/L, (2.67±0.42) mmol/L, (2.35±0.58) mmol/L, respectively. The former group was dominant, P < 0.05, and the data difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: taking atorvastatin calcium and ezetimibe at the same time can obtain better effect, which can not only significantly improve the blood lipid level of patients with mental disorders and coronary heart disease and improve the treatment effect, but also reduce the risk of medication, which has great value in popularization and application.
