摘　　要：Objective: to comprehensively evaluate the quality of health examination service for pre-pregnancy healthy births, and to comprehensively understand the results of pre-pregnancy healthy births health examination in Qixingguan district (township, town) , so as to clarify the shortcomings in this work, and effectively promote the development of magnetic project. Methods: questionnaire survey and telephone survey were carried out among the service subjects in the health center. The content mainly included the channels of policy knowledge, the evaluation of the situation of policy knowledge and advice information, as well as the degree of satisfaction, and the pregnancy outcome, early pregnancy follow-up and follow-up. Results: the coverage rate of the scientific knowledge of eugenics and the awareness rate of the married couples at childbearing age were all above 90%, especially the channels of awareness were higher. According to the analysis of follow-up, the rate of pregnancy outcome, early pregnancy follow-up and high-risk group follow-up is low, and there is no significant difference in the population satisfaction and follow-up willingness according to the population age, but there is significant difference in the population satisfaction and follow-up willingness according to different regions (P < 0.05). Conclusion: according to the results of the study, we can know that publicity and training should be strengthened, and follow-up services should be further improved. According to different groups of people, different ways should be used to do the work well before pregnancy, so that people's satisfaction can be improved.
