摘　　要：Let's take a look at a few real cases: The patient was 27 years old 3 years after cesarean section, he failed to get the ring in three hospitals and asked for the ring. The examination found that: vulvovaginal normal, cervical position is high, need the longest vaginal dilator can be exposed, vaginal vault shallow almost disappeared, the lower part of the uterus is long, the bottom of the uterus and abdominal wall adhesion fixed, bilateral adnexal area did not touch abnormal. During the operation, we found that the resistance of cervical forceps is huge, the lower part of the uterus is fixed, and the uterine cavity line is ∽ shaped. When exploring the uterine cavity, the probe direction needs to be up, down, near the uterine fundus, and then up to reach the uterine fundus. The probe depth is 11cm, but the depth from the cervix to the isthmus is 6.5cm, Therefore, the normal type of V-ring was selected. Regular follow-up showed that the position of intrauterine ring was normal.
