Analysis of the Effect of Intertrochanteric Valgus Osteotomy for Nonunion of Femoral Neck Fracture

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of intertrochanteric valgus osteotomy in the treatment of nonunion of femoral neck fracture. Methods: Thirty patients who underwent femoral intertrochanteric valvus osteotomy in our hospital from February 2019 to November 2020 were selected and compared. After surgery, the patients were regularly followed up for the healing of femoral neck fracture by X-ray, and the hip function status of the patients was evaluated by Askin-Beyan standard at the last follow-up. Results: the score after treatment was good, indicating that the function of the patient's ankle joint recovered obviously, compared with that before treatment, there was a certain difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: intertrochanteric valgus osteotomy has a significant effect on the treatment of nonunion of femoral neck fractures. This technique is also suitable for patients with nonunion of fractures and mild aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, and has little effect on the blood circulation of the femoral head after surgery. Whether intertrochanteric femoral valgus osteotomy is unsuitable for the treatment of middle-aged and elderly persons older than 65 years, after the treatment, we can improve the quality of life of patients and improve their clinical safety.
