摘  要:An efficient and convenient method for the determination of orthophosphate in water is the premise and foundation for the exploration of phosphorus removal from domestic sewage. Aiming at the problems of narrow detection range and complicated operation steps in the actual experiment process of molybdenum-antimony anti-spectrophotometry, the optimization was carried out. In the research process, by controlling the factors such as the single variable to optimize the pH value of the solution, the proportion of the indicator in the total solution, the color development time before the test and so on, a rapid method for detecting the positive phosphorus in water is obtained. The experimental results show that the standard curve with good linearity can be obtained by adding 0.15 mL of sample solution, 10 mL of mixed solution and 0.1 mL of ascorbic acid. A linear regression equation between phosphorus concentration and absorbance was established, with y=0.00623x+0.0679, the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.99986, and a good linear relationship existed in the concentration range of 0.0429 ~100 mg L-1. It provides a reference method for the determination of phosphorus in water.
