摘　　要：The performance of the responsibility of resources and environment management by the township party committees and governments is related to the "last kilometer" of the implementation of the governance blueprint of "ecological civilization construction and new progress" at the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC central Committee. The main leading cadres of township party and government are the objects of the outgoing audit of natural resources assets. In view of the problems existing in the implementation of the audit of natural resources assets of township leading cadres at present, and combining with the analysis of relevant policies and regulations, this paper puts forward the key contents, implementation methods and evaluation methods of the audit of natural resources assets of township leading cadres.
