摘　　要：Body-building training mostly uses body-building exercises and body-building exercises to promote students' physical and mental health development. Although many colleges and universities have set up body-building courses at present, the teaching effect is still not significant enough, and some students are relatively lack of interest in learning, so they are not enthusiastic enough to participate in body-building training. Therefore, helping students to stimulate their interest in learning is a key factor that can make body-building courses more efficient. Based on this, this paper first discusses the factors that affect students' interest in learning physique lesson, and then analyzes the methods of cultivating students' interest in physique training teaching in colleges and universities. For the reference of relevant staff。
