Application of Targeted Nursing in Implementing Arteriovenous Synchronous Exchange for Hemolytic Disease of Newborn

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the effect of application-specific nursing in synchronous arteriovenous exchange for hemolytic disease of newborn (HDON). Methods: the patients with hemolytic disease of the newborn admitted in our hospital in recent years were selected and treated with arteriovenous synchronous exchange of blood. These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, all of which were treated with this method. The control group was treated with routine nursing while the observation group was treated with targeted nursing. The adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared, as well as the nursing satisfaction of the patients' families. Results: the comparative study found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly reduced, and the satisfaction degree of nursing was significantly higher. The results were statistically significant. Therefore, targeted nursing was found to be of crucial significance in improving the adverse reactions of patients with hemolytic disease of sexual life and the satisfaction degree of nursing. It can be used clinically.
