Observation on Nursing Effect of Intravenous Indwelling Needle Applied to Patients in Cardiology Department

摘　　要：Objective: this article aims to observe the clinical application effect of the nursing method of intravenous indwelling needle for patients in cardiology department. Methods: from November 2019 to November 2020, 60 patients undergoing intravenous indwelling needle therapy in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into two groups and received different nursing care. Ask patients to rate their satisfaction with our nursing work when they appear, and then count the recorded adverse reactions. Results: in terms of adverse reactions, the occurrence probability of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. In terms of patients' satisfaction with the nursing work, the patients in the observation group scored much higher on the nursing work than those in the control group. The data were different (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of intravenous indwelling needle in clinical application has been affirmed by patients, because it can effectively reduce the pain of repeated puncture of patients, and at the same time, nursing it can effectively reduce the occurrence of venous complications, and its effect is significant and can be widely used in clinical application.
