摘　　要：Taking acetabular defect revision cases as the main line, this paper expounds the whole process of customized individual prosthesis from receiving clinical demand to clinical application, and summarizes the principles and requirements of customized individual prosthesis design in different cases of acetabular defect. The advantages and effects of customized individual prosthesis in solving rare lesions were evaluated based on the analysis and effect of actual cases. Research shows that the personalized acetabular prosthesis customized by 3D printing has achieved very satisfactory results in clinical practice, making up for the shortcomings of the existing standard prosthesis. The customized method and process of customized individual prosthesis has a very broad prospect in the medical field, which is worthy of promotion and application.
