Clinical Study of Painless Gastroscopy and Common Gastroscopy for Gastric Polypectomy

摘　　要：Objective: to compare the effects of painless gastroscopy and conventional gastroscopy in patients with gastric polyps. Methods: a total of 100 patients with gastric polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. Results: the cure rate of painless gastroscopy group was 98.0% (49/50) higher than that of conventional gastroscopy group (84.0% (42/50), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with gastric polyps, high frequency electrocoagulation and painless gastroscopy have higher cure rate than conventional gastroscopy.
