Effect of Non-peeling Dot Array Laser Combined with Photon Skin Rejuvenation in the Treatment of Acne Scars

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the effect of non-peeling dot array laser combined with photon skin rejuvenation in the treatment of acne scar. Methods: 22 patients with acne scar in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups by number table method. The control group was treated with non-peeling dot array laser, and the experimental group was treated with non-peeling dot array laser combined with photon skin freshening. Acne scar symptom score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the scores of acne scar symptom in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of acne scar patients with non-peeling lattice laser combined with photon skin freshening has definite effect, can improve the symptoms, improve the treatment effect, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
