Application Value of Ultrasonic Hemodynamic Assessment in Preoperative Diagnosis of Superficial Varicose Veins in Lower Extremities

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the application value of ultrasonic hemodynamic assessment in preoperative diagnosis of superficial varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods: the clinical data of 329 patients who underwent ultrasonic hemodynamic assessment from May 2020 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the application value of ultrasonic hemodynamic assessment in the diagnosis of superficial varicose veins of lower extremities was discussed. Results: patients with obvious varicose veins can be clearly diagnosed by ultrasonic hemodynamics. Patients with varicose veins all have abnormal hemodynamics, among which varicose veins of great saphenous vein are the most common. Conclusion: ultrasound hemodynamic evaluation is reliable for the diagnosis of superficial varicose veins of lower limbs. By analyzing the hemodynamic changes of varicose veins, accurately locating the source of reflux, providing key information for patients to customize treatment plan, reducing surgical trauma and operation time, and reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications, it is worthy of wide application.
