Study on Curative Effect of Mongolian Medicine Cupping and Bloodletting Combined with Acupuncture therapy on Lumbar Disc Herniation

摘　　要：Objective: to study and analyze the curative effect of Mongolian medicine cupping venous blood combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: a total of 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated in this hospital from June 2019 to August 2019. Patients were divided into two groups in odd and even order. In the control group, 30 patients received acupuncture, and in the study group, 30 patients received cupping therapy (Mongolian medicine and acupuncture). The treatment data of the two groups were obtained and compared with statistical methods. Results: the clinical effect of 30 cases in the study group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no difference in pain scores between the two groups (based on visual analogue score) (P> 0.05). There was no difference in pain scores between the two groups 1 week after treatment and 4 weeks before treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the pain score was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Mongolian cupping and acupuncture have satisfactory clinical efficacy in treating lumbar disc herniation. The pain symptoms of patients have been significantly improved and are widely used.
