Analysis on the Current Situation of Preschool Children's Growth and Development and Relevant Clinical Influencing Factors

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the growth and development of preschool children in the jurisdiction of our hospital, and to study and analyze the factors affecting the growth and development of children, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the clinical work of children health care in our hospital. Methods: in this study, 356 children who underwent physical examination in our hospital from September 2020 to December 2020 were collected as research objects. Combined with the growth and development indexes of children in 9 cities in China in 2005 as reference, the height and weight of children under examination were evaluated, and the factors affecting the growth and development of children under examination were analyzed by questionnaire. Results: the height and weight of 356 preschoolers were counted, among which the normal body weight accounted for 85.39%, the low body weight accounted for 2.53%, and the overweight accounted for 12.08%. In the height index, the proportion of most children with medium height or over height was 44.38% and 39.04%, respectively, the proportion of children with short height was 2.81% and the proportion of children with over height was 13.76%. According to the analysis of factors affecting growth and development, heredity, nutrition, living environment, diseases and maternal conditions are all factors leading to abnormal growth and development of preschoolers. Conclusion: the growth and development of preschool children are affected by many factors, and comprehensive intervention should be carried out on the growth and development of preschool children.
