CT Imaging and Pathological Analysis of Superficial Lobe Tumor of Parotid Gland

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the current CT manifestations of superficial lobe tumor of parotid gland, and summarize the value of CT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of superficial lobe tumor of parotid gland. Methods: 26 cases of superficial lobe parotid gland confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed on the current plain and enhanced CT manifestations, and the CT manifestations and pathological results were also analyzed. Results: there were 20 benign superficial parotid tumors in the parotid gland region. The benign superficial lobe tumor of parotid gland has very regular shape, and its boundary is relatively clear. The fat space nearby is clearly displayed, many of which are located in the superficial lobe and have calcification and cystic degeneration. Malignant superficial lobe tumor is a kind of growth infiltration, in which the boundary is relatively vague, and at the same time it adheres to the surrounding tissue nearby, mainly in the middle and deep part of the lobe, and may be accompanied by cervical lymph node metastasis. The enhanced pleomorphic adenoma showed slow continuous enhancement, the adenolymphoma showed early significant enhancement and fast forward and fast exit, and the malignant superficial parotid tumor showed delayed significant continuous enhancement. The arterial CT value of adenolymphoma is much higher than that of other types of superficial parotid tumors, and the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: plain and enhanced CT have important reference value in the current diagnosis and differential diagnosis of superficial lobe parotid gland tumors.
