Exploration of the Application of Continuous Care Intervention in the Treatment of Patients with Chloasma by Q1064 nm Laser

摘　　要：Objective: to evaluate the application value of continuous care intervention in the treatment of chloasma patients with Q1064 nm laser. Methods: 66 patients with chloasma treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 (all treated with Q1064 nm laser) were selected and divided into groups by random number table method. The control group (33 cases) received routine nursing intervention and the observation group (33 cases) received continuous nursing intervention. The curative effects of the two groups of patients with chloasma were compared. Results: satisfaction score (94.23±2.05) and SF-36 quality of life score (94.52±1.52) in observation group were higher than those in control group, SAS score (28.46±5.51) and SDS score (29.69±6.21) were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The PGA improvement rate of chloasma subjective efficacy evaluation in observation group (96.97%) was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: continuing nursing intervention plays an important role in promoting the treatment of patients with chloasma by Q1064 nm laser, which is conducive to improving patient satisfaction and quality of life, and is of great value for the adjuvant efficacy.
