摘  要:Western-style pastry production is an important required course for culinary majors in technical colleges and universities, with strong practicality. In the teaching process, teachers need to build a complete practical teaching system according to the actual learning situation and practical teaching content in order to improve the overall teaching level of the course. Influenced by western culture, western-style pastry is gradually favored by the Chinese. Western-style pastry practical teaching for culinary major in technical colleges is not only the demand of the times, but also an important way to enrich China's food culture. Based on this, the author combines the practical experience of west point teaching, explores and summarizes the development strategies of west point teaching in technical colleges, in order to promote the orderly, effective and quality improvement of west point teaching.
