摘　　要：Ji'nan Electric Service Section Management of Ji'nan Railway Bureau widely used speed switch, the use of the switch machine equipment is S700K electric switch machine. Its application scene is various, so the fault is also various. After years of maintenance and troubleshooting, engineers have summed up a set of effective fault diagnosis and solutions, and designed the switch resistance real-time testing system to ensure that switch machine switches run reliably at a higher speed.
