Clinical Experience of Laparoscopy Combined with Choledochoscope in the Treatment of 48 Cases of Gallbladder Polyp Complicated with Cholecystolithiasis

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the clinical experience of treating 48 cases of gallbladder polyp complicated with cholecystolithiasis by laparoscopy and choledochoscope. Methods: from July 2019 to May 2020, laparoscopic resection was performed in group A and laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope was performed in group B, with 48 cases in each group. The therapeutic effect and clinical related indexes were observed. Results: compared with group A, the incidence of complications in group B was lower and the related indexes during and after operation was better (P < 0.05). Conclusion: laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope is more effective for the treatment of gallbladder polyps complicated with gallbladder stones. It can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients after operation, and significantly improve the treatment effect of patients. It has high clinical application value and is worthy of popularization and application.
