Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Kinship Donor Kidney Transplantation

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing of renal transplantation from relatives. Methods: a total of 100 patients with renal transplantation from relatives admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 patients in each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode and the experimental group adopted the comprehensive nursing mode. The nursing results of both groups were analyzed. Results: the observation of postoperative patients' eating time and hospitalization time showed that the experimental group adopting comprehensive nursing mode had significantly lower nursing time and starting eating time than the control group adopting conventional nursing, and the score of quality of life dimension was also significantly better, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: for the optimization of the nursing model of kidney transplantation with relatives, the comprehensive nursing model can reduce the hospitalization time of patients and postoperative complications. It can reduce the physical pain of patients and play a very important role in improving the quality of life of patients.
