摘　　要：With the rapid development of modern medicine, surgical anesthesia is also gradually moving towards precision and visualization. In clinical application, not only the requirements of the operation on anesthesia effect, but also the complications of anesthesia should be considered. How to ensure patients to safely and painlessly pass the perioperative period is the key thinking topic of the anesthesiologist. Therefore, B-ultrasound-guided nerve block anesthesia can provide real-time dynamic ultrasound images of nerves and accompanying blood vessels, monitor the angle and depth of the puncture needle, and provide a good premise for nerve block anesthesia. In this paper, the clinical application of B-ultrasound-guided nerve block anesthesia in lower limb surgery is reviewed.
