摘　　要：Vitamin D deficiency is common. In the past research, it has been confirmed that the incidence of type 2 diabetes has a significant positive correlation with the concentration of vitamin D in the body. The content of vitamin D in diabetic patients is significantly lower than that in healthy group. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a complicated disease with other complications, which poses a great threat to human life safety. Many research results show that vitamin D deficiency is closely related to the occurrence of chronic complications of diabetes. Low concentration of vitamin D will aggravate microvascular complications such as diabetic nephropathy, retinopathy and diabetic cardiomyopathy. The relationship between vitamin D and diabetic microvascular complications is still controversial. This article will review the relationship between vitamin D and diabetic microvascular diseases.
