摘  要:Environmental monitoring in China began in the 1980s, when only environmental management, environmental sustainability and environmental quality were emphasized. However, with the strengthening of environmental protection work, the scope of environmental monitoring has expanded, and monitoring tasks have become more and more difficult. The existing environmental protection system cannot meet the needs of social development. In recent years, with the emergence of environmental market monitoring, social environmental monitoring capabilities have been rapidly developed. As the environmental monitoring force and social environmental monitoring force in the environmental protection system can be effectively deployed, the commercialization of environmental monitoring can be realized, the shortcomings of the monitoring work can be overcome, and even the overall efficiency of the monitoring work and the monitoring work can be continuously improved.
