Clinical Effect Analysis of Manual Reduction Combined with Drugs in the Treatment of Benign Paroxytic Positional Vertigo

摘　　要：Objective: to study the efficacy of passive reduction combined with drugs in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods: 80 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were selected from January 2020 to December 2020. The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. Besstatin mesylate and flunarizine hydrochloride capsule were used in the treatment. The observation group was treated with drugs on the basis of passive reduction. Results: the total effective cure rate of the observation group was 92.5%, the incidence of adverse events was 2.5%, and the recurrence rate after treatment was 17.5%. The total effective treatment rate of the control group was 75%, the incidence of adverse events was 10%, and the recurrence rate was 47.5%. Conclusion: in the treatment of patients with benign paroxytic positional vertigo, passive reduction combined with drugs can improve the treatment effect, reduce the occurrence of side effects, and it is not easy to relapse after treatment.
