Efficacy of Low Dose Dopamine Combined with Furosemide in the Treatment of Heart Failure

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the clinical effect of the combination of low-dose dopamine and furosemide in the treatment of heart failure. Methods: 120 patients with heart failure treated in our hospital were reviewed and divided into combined group and single drug group according to the single blind method. 60 patients in the single drug group chose furosemide for diuretic treatment, and 60 patients in the combined group chose the combination of low-dose dopamine and furosemide. Based on the statistical analysis of the treatment results, explore the overall treatment effect of the two groups. Results: the overall treatment of the two groups was compared, and the combined group was better. P < 0.05, the comparative data were statistically significant. Compared with the single drug group, the hospitalization time of patients in the combined group was shortened as a whole. P < 0.05, the comparative data were statistically significant. The incidence of diuretic antagonism between the two groups was lower in the combined group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical treatment of heart failure, the combination of low-dose dopamine and furosemide can improve the curative effect, and the safety is high, which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
