摘 要:Objective: to analyze the nursing experience of CT angiography with high-pressure syringe. Methods: the study period was from January 2019 to February 2020. The subjects were 108 patients who underwent CT angiography in our hospital during this period. They were divided into experimental group and reference group by single and double number distribution method, with 54 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group received routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the experimental group received overall nursing intervention. Then the treatment effects of all patients were investigated and evaluated. Results: the complications included nervous system disorders, air embolism and sensory disorders, and the reference group had higher complications. In contrast, the incidence of complications in the experimental group was relatively low. At the same time, there were also differences in the stress response after puncture between the two groups. The common stress response included respiration, blood pressure and heart rate. The stress response in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of high-pressure syringe combined with holistic nursing during CT angiography can fully reduce the complications of patients and improve the stress response of patients during examination. It is worthy of great promotion and application in clinic.
