摘　　要：Social security is a product left by economic development. It also has good social security and can effectively promote the development of social security economy. In western countries, social security is when the economy develops to a certain stage. In order to better meet the needs of human resources development, to provide the masses with a living guarantee, to effectively motivate the masses to work actively, and to achieve stable economic development.
