摘　　要：With the needs of enterprise reform and development, the pace of renovation of some old equipment is gradually accelerating, and contractors' access to service projects in oil enterprises is also increasing. The control of contractors' HSE risks has become an important part of safety management and supervision in oil enterprises. This paper expounds the practical significance and present situation of contractor management in oil enterprises, and puts forward effective improvement measures.
