摘　　要：With the development of society and economy, the number of automobiles keeps increasing, and the market access of refined oil products is gradually expanding. All kinds of capital are pouring in, and the competition is fiercer than ever before. As a sales terminal of oil products, the value of gas stations keeps rising. Rental stations account for more than 50% of the network layout of mainstream oil companies. Their overall stability directly affects the competitiveness of the companies and their control over the market. Therefore, it is of great significance for the sustainable development of the enterprise to analyze the stability risk of the leasing station and the countermeasures.
