摘　　要：This paper will describe the sand roller rust removal device, including two symmetrical sand roller mechanism;Each sand roller mechanism comprises a base, a sand roller is arranged on the base, a supporting frame for supporting the sand roller and a first driving part that can drive the sand roller to move to another sand roller mechanism, and the sand roller is connected with a second driving part used to drive the sand roller rotation;The sand rollers of the two sand roller mechanisms are adjacent and parallel to each other. The sand roller derusting device uses the sand roller and strip steel surface through the mechanical method of friction to remove the rust on the surface of the strip steel. The main advantages of the sand roller derusting device are thorough derusting and uniform quality of strip steel surface.
