Analysis of Preventive Nursing of Intraocular Infection in Elderly Cataract Patients after Operation

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the preventive nursing measures of intraocular infection in elderly cataract patients after operation. Methods: 60 cataract patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 for surgical treatment were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received routine nursing intervention after surgery, and the experimental group received preventive nursing intervention on this basis. After that, the intraocular infection rate of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results: the infection rate in the control group was 10.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the experimental group (0.00%);The average visual acuity of the experimental group was (0.83±0.43), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (0.71±0.43). There was significant difference among the indexes between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: after surgical treatment for cataract patients, if preventive nursing intervention can be given in time, the probability of intraocular infection can be significantly reduced, and the recovery of visual acuity can be accelerated, which is worthy of great promotion in clinical practice.
