摘　　要：With the rapid development of "Industry 4.0" intelligent manufacturing concept, DCS control system to realize the control system, computing system, operation system, planning system, management system of integrated automation direction. Accidents in the domestic chemical industry will emerge one after another in 2020. The DCS control system adopts the basic design idea of decentralized control, centralized operation and management, and adopts the structural form of multi-layer classification, cooperation and autonomy to effectively reduce the interference of human factors in the industrial process control, timely and accurately respond to the on-site situation and provide guarantee for safe production. Extensive use of redundancy technology can effectively improve the safety performance of DCS control system. Redundant power distribution scheme ensures the power safety of the system. Redundant controller and redundant bus ensure that all equipment is within the control range. Redundant IO equipment can accurately read field information and execute commands.
