摘  要:With the rapid development of logistics industry, Chinese highway utilization rate rises, maintenance costs rise, need extra manpower and material resources to maintain the highway. The old maintenance mode centered on the public sector proved difficult to meet the needs of the new era of maintenance management of public administration. Therefore, it is necessary to actively adopt a market-based management model and continue the reform to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of road maintenance. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the significance and necessity of road maintenance commercialization, and puts forward the innovative market-based management strategy, which provides a useful reference for the market-oriented reform of road maintenance in China.
