摘　　要：With the technological progress of society, the requirements for intelligent and unmanned management of production devices are higher and higher. Circulating water field plays an important role in petrochemical plants. Realize the standardization, automation, informatization and intelligence of circulating water plant management, move forward to intelligent water affairs, reduce operation difficulty, improve control efficiency, comprehensively improve the operation management level and service guarantee ability of circulating water plant, and help to optimize the full utilization of water resources of enterprises. This paper introduces the control design and practical application of standardized circulating water plant to meet the management needs of unattended.
