摘　　要：With the continuous acceleration of our country's economic development, the industrial level has been significantly improved. For example, the annual output of iron and steel enterprises has increased significantly, and the steel quality has improved a lot, which makes the maintenance of enterprise equipment to keep up with the pace, especially the electrical control system. The fault handling should be stable, accurate and fast, and the production should race against time. In modern enterprises, there are a large number of electrical equipment, which greatly improves the degree of automation of production, controls the production cost within a reasonable range, and further widens the space for technological development. As we all know, the operation mechanism of electrical equipment presents certain particularity, and electrification control is also more common. In the whole process of practical application, the probability of problems of electrification equipment is high, and the maintenance must be in place to ensure that the faults can be effectively eliminated. This paper mainly carries out a comprehensive analysis of various faults of electrical equipment in enterprises, and finds practical countermeasures on this basis.
