摘　　要：Objective: to evaluate the measurement of various sphygmomanometers and analyze the problems that are the basis for strict monitoring of blood pressure. Methods: by comparing the tests and methods of electronic sphygmomanometer (cokosch) and electronic sphygmomanometer (sphygmomanometer), the problems in different sphygmomanometer tests were analyzed and solved. Results: both the mercury sphygmomanometer and the sphygmomanometer of the Kirchhoff method have a mature solution, while the pressure gauges of the double tube and the electronic sphygmomanometer can be repaired or replaced;The main problem of electronic sphygmomanometer is the error of dynamic sphygmomanometer, and there are some contradictions between the performance requirements of sphygmomanometer test and actual use. Conclusion: using a large amount of data to develop a blood pressure simulation curve that is more in line with the actual sphygmomanometer, so that the blood pressure wave provided by the standard instrument is closer to the real human blood pressure, or the sphygmomanometer can replace the traditional sphygmomanometer with mercury.
