摘　　要：At present, the application of passenger turnout in high-speed railway generally exists poor close-bonding, and the comprehensive testing vehicle reflects the occurrence of over-gauge defects with small gauge and gauge change rate. In the course of defect treatment, the spot is generally the easiest and most effective way to select, "Treat the symptom" more time, it is difficult to find the most fundamental reason, resulting in the state after the treatment is difficult to maintain. In this paper, considering the causes of the switch defect and the influence on the quality of the equipment from the two aspects of public works and electrical services, the paper puts forward a comprehensive analysis of the results of the inspection and analysis of public works and electrical services, to find the source of the problem, consider the optimal remediation scheme, extend the period of equipment repair, and improve the quality of equipment.
