摘　　要：China's social economy is in the stage of rapid development, aggravating the demand for petroleum resources, so we need to enhance the investigation and development of petroleum resources. Nowadays, drilling plays an important role in oil exploration with horizontal well, multi-branch well and cluster well and other complex applications. The drilling construction process has become complex, and it is easy to occur well leakage in construction, which seriously threatens the safety of drilling construction. In order to better reduce the harm of well leakage, it is necessary to analyze the occurrence conditions and induced factors, deeply explore the leakage prevention technology applied in the construction, to provide more technical guarantee for the drilling construction.
