摘　　要：Agricultural science and technology is an important way to change the traditional agricultural growth. The progress of agricultural science and technology depends on a large amount of agricultural capital. The amount of agricultural capital is a prerequisite for the sustainable development of the agricultural industry. Agricultural micro-loans are currently recognized as the best way to solve the problem of agricultural capital input. Therefore, how to develop agricultural micro-loans has become an important link to promote agricultural development. This paper selects Yangzhou City, which is the most representative city for agricultural development in Jiangsu Province, as the research object, looking for the development bottleneck of agricultural micro-loans in Yangzhou City, analyzing the problems and finding solutions to promote the development of agricultural micro-loans.
