摘 要:Electrostatic discharge (ESD) is a common physical phenomenon in nature, which widely exists in our daily work. In the dangerous area under the coal mine, the huge energy released with the process of electrostatic discharge may not only cause the functional disorder of mining instruments and equipment, the decline of technical indicators, or even the damage of components, but also cause the explosion of coal dust or combustible gas. In view of the great harm of this phenomenon, it is necessary for us to take certain preventive measures to avoid harm. Based on the causes of electrostatic discharge and its harm to the coal mining process, this paper puts forward the anti-static measures and inspection methods of plastic shell and parts of coal mining equipment, so as to avoid the static electricity on the surface of plastic shell parts of mining equipment from becoming the ignition source of coal dust and gas explosion.
